1. Service Description
Galaxiana provides a symbolic digital star dedication service for commemorative, entertainment, and gift purposes only. The purchase of a star does not grant any ownership rights and does not constitute an official astronomical naming recognised by any scientific institution.
2. Nature of the Product
All star dedications are symbolic and virtual. No physical product is shipped. Visual representations and positioning are for artistic and entertainment purposes only. Galaxiana does not guarantee continuous availability of the service indefinitely; however, we commit to providing reasonable notice before any permanent discontinuation and will make reasonable efforts to preserve dedicated star data.
3. Eligibility
Galaxiana is open to users of all ages. Users under the age of 18 must have the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are either 18 years of age or older, or that you have obtained the required parental or guardian consent.
4. Payments
All payments are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment provider. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Galaxiana does not store your payment details.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and personalised nature of the service, all purchases are final. Refunds are only provided in cases of technical failure where the service was not delivered.
6. User Content
By submitting a name, message, or other content, you confirm that you own the rights to that content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
7. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited and may be removed without refund:
- Content that is illegal under applicable law
- Hateful, racist, discriminatory, or dehumanising content
- Sexually explicit or pornographic material
- Content that degrades, humiliates, or targets individuals
- Threats, harassment, or incitement to violence
- Personal data of third parties submitted without their consent
- Spam, advertising, or promotional content
8. Service Availability
We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
Galaxiana shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific purchase in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
